LGPD notice

The operator of APIs Platform is the controller of account, billing, usage and support data. When you look up an IP address that belongs to someone else through the geolocation API, you are the controller of that request and we act as processor. Contact: support@apis-platform.com. We have not appointed a separate encarregado; that address is the channel for LGPD requests.

If you are in Brazil or the processing is otherwise subject to the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, information about sharing, and revocation of consent.

Performance of a contract (account, APIs, billing, transactional email); compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (tax and security records); and legitimate interest (abuse prevention, service security). Marketing and advertising cookies are used only with consent (art. 7, I), which you can refuse or withdraw at any time.

• Delete the account from Settings. That removes the account, API keys, subscriptions and email tokens.
• Change cookie preferences from Settings or the floating cookie control.
• For access, correction or portability, email support@apis-platform.com from the address on the account.

We will answer requests within 15 days, or explain why more time is needed, as the LGPD allows.

The service runs on Cloudflare’s global network. Personal data may be processed outside Brazil. We rely on the contractual and technical safeguards those providers publish for cross-border transfers.

After you delete the account we remove personal identifiers we no longer need. We may retain anonymised usage aggregates and billing references required for accounting, security or law.
